Once you’ve confirmed your booking you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your junk mail.
We are an appointment only salon.


Please call 02085109666 or email if you wish to cancel.
You will receive a full refund if cancelled within 24hrs. 

Last minute cancellations are permitted – This may be subject to a charge.

Skin Patch Testing

It is a legal requirement to have a skin patch test done at least 48 hours before any colour / tint treatment. If you have not attended to have this done then we cannot complete your appointment. If you know you have skin sensitivity or have had a recent reaction to something then you need to let us know about this prior to your appointment with us.Please check all details and any restrictions relating to a Service thoroughly before booking.

Please ensure that any medical or other allergy/health information is disclosed to Partners before your appointment or stay.


Missed/Late Appointments  

Missed or late appointments cause heavy impact to operations as a result, we may not reschedule missed bookings. Missed appointments will be subject to full charges.

* Definitions – Missed/Late Appointments: Failure to attend booking at confirmed time. (We do allow a grace period of 5-10mins).

Appointment Times: 
We aim to honour all booking request, however due to the current climate, We reserve the right to reschedule your Appointment up to 2hrs before your treatment time
