400gm Dark Chocolate
50g Brown Sugar
250ml Fresh Double Cream
- Place all ingredients into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 20 seconds at a time, mixing each time. The sauce is ready when it is nice and smooth with no chunks of unmelted chocolate. Makes 2 cups.
- Store in the fridge or freezer. To get it back to sauce consistency simply microwave for 20 seconds at a time stirring each time.
